The Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher is responsible for communication between customers and service technicians. Providing exceptional customer service and facilitating technicians' work routes.

• Outbound calls to customers to schedule maintenance
• First person to answer the phone and schedule maintenance.
• Front Desk/Office Duties/ Greeting customers
• Manage multiple phone lines & multi‑task between calls and service orders.
• Provide backup to Dispatcher when needed
• Additional office duties as assigned

• 1-3 years of experience in an HVAC setting a plus
• Minimum 4 years of customer service experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be organized with the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced work environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with in depth knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
• High School Diploma required
