Customer Service Rep, Call Center / Support
Job Summary
Customer Service Representative in a call‑center environment handling inbound and follow‑up calls. Responsible for answering calls and questions related to prior authorization, general inquiries, and confidential information. Must provide great customer service with high attention to detail and accurate data entry. Performance is measured on quality and accuracy, with a typical workload of 50‑100 calls a day depending on complexity. Utilizes multiple systems and programs to track information and update communications with customers.

- Call center experience
- Computer literacy
- Minimum one year of high‑volume call center experience in the last 2‑3 years
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute on call center scenarios; 75% of tests conducted via IKM Typing Test – One Space Version (1 min)
- Strong telephone skills and computer knowledge
- No jumpy resumes; client requires stable employment history

Job Type & LocationContract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ.
