Role Overview

This role is ideal for a service-driven professional who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and delivering a polished experience over the phone and digital channels. You'll support customers with payment-related questions while building strong rapport and trust.

What You'll Do

+ Provide exceptional bilingual customer support via phone, email, and ticketing system

+ Resolve customer questions related to statements, fees, and general account inquiries

+ Deliver professional, high-quality service while meeting call quality expectations

Qualifications

+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

+ Customer service or call center experience required

+ Financial Background is preferred

+ Strong communication skills with a calm, customer-first mindset

+ Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, office-based environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
