$45,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

Description

S.I.N. 360 is a fast-growing dental device distribution company specializing in digital full‑mouth rehabilitation solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated, customer‑focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Concierge—an introductory, customer‑facing role designed to support clinicians throughout the full life cycle of their relationship with S.I.N. 360. This role reports directly to the Customer Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities Lead Scheduling & Qualification
  • Schedule and qualify incoming field leads.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff and alignment with regional priorities and objectives.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work alongside Sales Directors to help achieve customer satisfaction and sales support goals.
  • Communicate customer insights, needs, and trends to internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
Customer Engagement & Communication
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clinicians and practices, ensuring a high‑quality experience from onboarding to ongoing support.
  • Communicate professionally, clearly, and proactively across phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Assist in re‑engaging dormant or inactive customers to strengthen long‑term relationships.
Customer Enrollment & Account Activation
  • Support clinicians by enrolling them in the S.I.N. 360 EShop platform.
  • Guide customers through their first steps, ensuring they are set up for success.
Ongoing Customer Support
  • Provide continued assistance to clinicians throughout their lifecycle with S.I.N. 360.
  • Resolve issues or elevate appropriately to ensure timely and accurate solutions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho preferred).
  • Customer‑facing experience in sales, support, hospitality, service, or similar environments.
  • Ability to learn product and workflow concepts quickly.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
Requirements
  • Must be AZ based and able to work full‑time onsite at S.I.N. 360 Headquarters in Tempe.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliable, organized, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
