How You’ll Make a DifferenceWe are looking to grow our small in‑house Customer Experience Center (CXC). We seek qualified, self‑motivated professionals who can answer every call with a smile. We are seeking dynamic individuals who can provide unsurpassed customer service and exceed guest expectations.
Part‑time and full‑time positions are available, required to work weekends. We operate 7 days a week, 24 hours a day; weekend availability is required.
Duties / Responsibilities- Join a team that provides consistent, seamless, and high‑quality guest experiences.
- Actively listen to guests to understand their unique situation and recommend solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Understand key facility differentiators, create value and optimize every conversion opportunity.
- Master the call flow and sales process, demonstrating empathy and customized storage solutions.
- Interact with customers via telephone, e‑mail, online chat, or in‑person to provide support and information on assigned product or service.
- Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
- Maintain customer accounts and record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Use knowledge of specific product, service, or other expertise to answer inquiries or forward them to appropriate staff.
- Utilize all CXC programs (including Call Potential, Yardi, Live Person and VRC – Bomgar, Wave, Kio Call).
- Perform other related duties assigned.
- Compensation: up to $20 per hour with bonuses.

- Ease concerns and consult customers to find an optimal storage solution.
- Promote a team‑first environment that values guest service.
- Take the lead on team initiatives, learn new skills, build management capabilities, and pursue growth opportunities.
- Contribute creatively to the organization’s success by generating new and useful ideas.
- Preferred: 1–2 years in customer service/sales experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Some experience with the product or service to which the specialist will be assigned preferred.
- Must be available on weekends.
- Huge passion for guest service and sales.
- Ability to be part of a supportive team.
- Customer‑centric mindset: every experience is valuable.
- Positive, outgoing personality.
- Insatiable appetite to learn new things.
- Strong accountability combined with strong work ethic and enthusiasm.
- Able to answer a high volume of inbound phone calls and determine callers’ needs.
- Sales‑oriented customer experience and ability to drive rentals.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening.
- Ability to walk, bend, stand, and stoop frequently.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed or required.
- Ability to operate computers and phones.
- Ability to communicate in written and verbal format frequently.
The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform essential functions; regular attendance at assigned location is required.
