BACHELOR'S degree and one (1) year of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

Directs team scheduling and maintenance, and monitors compliance and athlete eligibility for an intercollegiate athletics program to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the program.

Sun Devil Athletics seeks a Football Director of Video who, under administrative supervision prepares a variety of skilled video work using various production techniques which include computer video systems and software. Will work alongside the department's creative, media, and PR team members to provide a significant, consistent look for SDA, as well as the University. Reports to the Associate Athletic Director for Football.

Adheres to NCAA and Big 12 rules and regulations, as well as the policies and procedures of the department, the university and the Arizona Board of Regents.

$60,000 per year

• Assist with the development and creation of recruiting videos.
• Assist with the development and creation of football highlight videos; individual position videos, game day videos, uniform reveals, etc.
• May oversee the student creative video department and their development.
• Assist with on-campus recruiting:
  Photoshoots.
• Assist with the buildout of the marketing calendar to recruits and stakeholders.
• Assist with branding entire communication campaigns that include Video (Video/motion graphics)
• Under supervision, create branding guidelines that adhere to the University, NCAA compliance and current coaching staff philosophy.
• Assist with coordinating, organizing and executing video shoots for in/off-season content.
• Assist with the coordination of recruiting marketing campaign for both off-season and in season.
• Will help coordinate, organize, and execute National signing day content (video/gifs).
• Organize and execute game day media needs (videography).
• Organize and distribute game day content for recruiting media and athletics marketing (recap videos, recruiting videos).
• Organize and execute in-house media requests (coach's video, administration video).
• Organize and distribute recruiting media to coaches and software distribution platforms.
• Work directly with the athletic media department for collaboration, branding, and communication of current coaching staff philosophies.

• Experience in an athletics program.
• Experience with videography and video editing for athletics program preferred.
• Experience in motion graphics/visual special effects.
• Demonstrated knowledge of intercollegiate athletics rules and regulations, and University policies and procedures.
• Experience with Adobe Premier, and other creative mediums.
• Demonstrated knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
• Demonstrated knowledge and management of equipment and inventory for football creative video.
• Experience in coordinating and prioritizing work and activities of self and others.
• Demonstrated knowledge of issues pertaining to area of assignment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of supervisory practices and principles.
• Experience in planning and organizing.
• Evidence of effective communication.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
• Experience in stimulating changes in individual, institutional, and corporate behaviors to create a more sustainable environment.

• Activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding, and manipulating a computer mouse.
