Pay: $22-$30 per hour (based on experience) + Project Bonuses! As well as Summer and Year-End Bonuses!

As a Landscape Construction Foreman, you'll lead a crew of 3-6 team members to complete outdoor construction projects safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing daily construction operations on site
- Reading and interpreting plans, blueprints, and project layouts
- Delegating tasks and monitoring crew performance
- Coordinating with Project Manager on scheduling and material needs
- Ensuring all work meets company standards for quality and safety
- Operating and maintaining construction equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, etc.)
- Tracking job progress and documenting work with our app-based system
- Experience:
2+ years as a Landscape Construction Foreman or similar leadership role - Skills:
Ability to read plans, install irrigation, install steel edging, and basic welding techniques - Equipment Operation:
Comfortable using skid steers, mini-excavators, and power tools - Leadership:
Strong ability to train and manage a crew - Physical Ability:
Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions - Credentials:
Valid driver's license, clean criminal record, E-Verify compliant - Bonus:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a big plus
