We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with experience moving dirt for civil and environmental construction projects to join our team! You will oversee civil construction projects from a strategic or tactical viewpoint, depending on the role.
Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Previous experience in construction project management or as a superintendent for civil projects - your experience must be ground level, not physical buildings. Grading, drainage, pavement, landscape must be your focus.
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Solid work tenure
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Available for travel to work sites, and to work in the office in Phoenix
