The Subcontractor Procurement Specialist proactively identifies, vets, and manages subcontractor relationships across multiple regions. This role ensures a strong network of qualified subcontractors, maintains compliance with company processes, and supports project needs.

• Research, identify, and establish relationships with subcontractors in various regions to expand the company’s network.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of subcontractors, capabilities, coverage areas, and past performance.
• Ensure all subcontractors complete the required Subcontractor Agreement and compliance documentation before project engagement.
• Verify subcontractor credentials, including licenses, insurance, and certifications.
• Prepare and distribute RFP packages, track responses, and conduct bid leveling to compare proposals.
• Collaborate with estimating and project teams to determine subcontractor needs and allocate resources efficiently.
• Support pre‑construction team by facilitating subcontractor selection and engagement for required work.
• Continuously refine procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4‑6 years of experience in procurement, bid leveling, contract management, or RFP processes.
• Understanding of construction industry standards, subcontractor agreements, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project) and project‑based accounting software.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.

USD $80,000 – $105,000 per year
