RMC Facilities Services, Inc. is looking for a hands‑on, detail‑oriented Project Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day operations at construction sites throughout Southern California. This full‑time role is ideal for someone with working knowledge of construction trades, scheduling, and site management—especially those who thrive in dynamic environments that include night and weekend work. As a Project Supervisor, you’ll be the boots‑on‑the‑ground leader ensuring quality craftsmanship, subcontractor coordination, and jobsite safety while keeping projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities- Manage daily field operations at job sites, ensuring work aligns with project schedules and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members
- Conduct quality control checks and ensure contractor compliance with safety regulations
- Lead and document daily safety meetings and maintain a safe work environment
- Monitor and document job progress using daily reports and photos
- Review project plans, subcontractor scopes, RFIs, and submittals
- Coordinate inspections and communicate with city officials as required
- Travel between multiple job sites during day or night shifts
- Secure permits when needed and ensure all site requirements are met
- Identify and resolve field issues to keep the project on track
- Provide direct support to Project Managers and elevate issues when necessary
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or field supervision
- High school diploma or GED required
- Solid understanding of commercial construction trades and terminology
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Familiar with OSHA safety standards and site compliance procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with MS Project a plus
- Available for night and weekend work as required
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently
