** HRIS Intern
** to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR technology, data management, and system optimization.
** The HRIS Intern will be responsible for things like:
*** Assist in maintaining and updating HR systems and databases.
* Support HR data entry, reporting, and analytics to improve decision-making.
* Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT and HR teams for resolutions.
* Conduct research on HR technology trends and recommend process improvements.
* Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality in all HR systems.
* Assist in employee onboarding, system training, and documentation.
* Support HR projects related to automation, compliance, and process efficiency.

** The Specifics:
*** You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s with a graduation date of December 2026 – May 2027
* Pursuing a degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
* You have a GPA of 3.5 or higher
* Our internship program will be 11 weeks starting May 18, 2026 to July 31,2026
* You can expect a regular on-site schedule Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
* Relocation not provided for internship
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in Java preferred
* Strong understanding of logical reasoning, including the ability to work through
* if/then
* conditions and decision-based workflows
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HRIS platforms, and data analysis tools.
* Attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Interest in HR technology, data management, and system optimization.
