In short, our Business Analyst (Product Manager) is responsible for:

As a Business Analyst (Product Manager), you drive continuous improvement by owning initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration. You translate business needs into clear product solutions, partnering with stakeholders, engineers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver technology and process improvements that create measurable business value.

This role blends product strategy, business analysis, and delivery leadership. You will take initiatives defined by leadership and lead them through discovery, requirements development, solution design, validation, and release. Along the way, you serve as the connective hub between business stakeholders and technical teams—ensuring the right problems are solved and solutions are delivered effectively.

You’ll analyze systems, define requirements, structure work for engineering teams, and guide initiatives from concept to deployment while maintaining alignment with organizational goals and customer experience.

In long, our Business Analyst (Product Manager) is responsible for:

  • Own initiatives end‑to‑end from discovery through delivery and improvement.
  • Partner with leadership to define goals, outcomes, and success metrics.
  • Identify opportunities by analyzing processes, systems, and data.
  • Plan initiatives (phases, milestones, releases) and recommend solutions balancing value, risk, and speed.
  • Gather and document business and technical requirements.
  • Define features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering.
  • Create artifacts like process flows and system diagrams.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on product lines, systems, and workflows.
  • Structure work in Jira (Initiatives, Epics, Features).
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early.
  • Communicate scope, timelines, and delivery updates to stakeholders.
  • Create workflow designs and basic mockups (Miro, Figma).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering to refine user experience.

  • Strong understanding of project management and business analytics to lead those responsible for carrying out these types of functions (process flows, policies & procedures, etc.)
