We’re hiring a Net Suite Developer because we need you to help accomplish our mission…assisting independent Sales Agents to navigate merchant services with a partner who passionately pursues something rarely found in our industry, an Agent First paradigm. Pay Compass challenges the status quo in every single aspect of our business and we need a Net Suite Developer who operates the same way.

We believe that merchant service sales professionals are growing small businesses one solution at a time. And one of the best ways to do that is by providing a full toolbox of solutions and services without the messiness of inefficient processes, daily reporting, sales quotas, or laughable commissions.

That’s why our mission is Agent First. We support independent sales agents as they build and support their portfolio of clients. We view each agent as our customer - keeping them safe, supported, and successful allows them to do the same for their merchants.

We are ready to make Net Suite the hub of our entire organization but we need a rockstar to make it happen. Your years of experience with Net Suite development will be critical in creating efficient systems that drive our ability to serve our Agents and their clients.

This is why finding the right fit for this role is one of our top priorities right now. We need someone who is passionate about learning our industry as they are about teaching our team to effectively use Net Suite. We also know that we only grow through feedback and collaboration so we’re looking for someone that will help us grow and shape the future of Pay Compass.

As the Net Suite Developer for Pay Compass, you'll oversee the expansion of our Net Suite ERP instance, as well as our NSAW implementation and applications using Oracle APEX. Net Suite will act as the hub to centralize our internal data and will act as the data source for integration to third parties. While Pay Compass has multiple software applications, this system and its data will be at the heart of all of the software platforms that drive the Agent First experience every single day.

You’ll be the go-to person for our leadership team to learn their needs and ensure they are trained on how to best use Net Suite tools for their teams.

If you come from a traditional organization, our pace of innovation, action, and iteration might be a little uncomfortable ’ll learn to move fast, iterate quickly, and put zero value into sunk cost. You'll get to spread your wings, actively eliminate red tape, and do your thing.

You will work directly with Dave Noel, our Chief Technology Officer, other Developers and Business Analysts, and you’ll collaborate on a regular basis with our entire C‑Suite leadership team.
