The Reverse Logistics Coordinator will support the Reverse Logistics Manager for Drive Time inventory related to wholesale grade units purchased through auction channels and/or going through the reverse logistics process. Coordinating with multiple department leads to gather information, submit and track Drive Time inventory and communicate with auctions.

• Coordinate the processing of returned vehicles from customers, retail partners, and vendors.
• Ensure timely evaluation, disposition, and routing of returned vehicles.
• Monitor reverse logistics workflows to identify delays, inefficiencies, and cost drivers.
• Maintain accurate records of returns, credits, and vehicle dispositions.
• Gather all relevant information necessary to facilitate a negotiation and resolution.
• Escalate matters to management as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in business‑related discipline.

• Ability to utilize databases/systems to review and verify documentation and information.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as legal documents and business correspondence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
