Sr Strategic Sourcing Specialist

As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in developing and executing sourcing strategies to drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure supply chain continuity. You will work as part of a high‑performance team of sourcing professionals, collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, and manage supplier relationships to achieve business objectives.

You will report directly to our Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing on a hybrid work schedule.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and align sourcing strategies.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and practices.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

• 2+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Project Management, or Finance.
• Proven history of driving cost savings and supplier performance improvement.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience in electrical and electronics sourcing / procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with supplier relationship management and supplier development.
