Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Tempe, AZ, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The primary responsibilities of this role include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive company growth, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to expand the company s reach. You will play a critical role in negotiating contracts, analyzing emerging market trends, and collaborating with various departments to meet revenue targets.
Qualifications- Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with proficiency in identifying market trends and opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing time effectively between in-office and remote tasks
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the real estate or housing industry is a plus
