A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Admin Assistant.

Tempe, AZ 85281 (Onsite / 1st shift / Mon‑Fri / 8am‑4:30pm)
- Group items by part numbers into bins.
- Enter part number and other information into Master Inventory List.
- Print and tag items/bins based upon information entered.
- Annotate any discrepancies, unknown information, unknown mfg/vendor, etc. in Master Inventory List.
- Communicate shortage of storage materials as needed.
- Repeat until all parts are organized.
- Wait for maintenance technicians to group parts as appropriate.
- Move to Location and Count Data Entry.
- Start with populated shelf.
- Mark inventory location with labels containing appropriate identifiers or codes.
- Move bin by bin and enter location data into MIL for each barcoded part.
- Log count of inventory for each part.
- Mark inventory location as being locked and controlled.
- Contact MVP Admin for data import.
- Dust shelves and bins.
- Sweep floors.
- Break down boxes.
- General trash removal.
- Strong data entry, database entry.
- Inventory management.
- Cycle counts.
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.

Pay Range*: $21–$23/hour
* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
