Your Purpose in this RoleWe are one of the top premier Commercial HVAC and Plumbing Contractors in the state of Arizona. We are looking for growth-motivated and self-starting individuals who value efficiency, reliability, and family.
The purpose of the Receptionist is to serve as the initial point of contact for visitors, clients and employees. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming first impression and ongoing impression within our organization. The front desk and lobby area must always be presented professionally and welcoming each and every day. You will help in presenting Tempe Mechanical as a leading competitor in the HVAC and Plumbing Mechanical setting.
The receptionist role is vital in creating a positive and well-organized environment contributing to the smooth operation of the organization.
$19.00 to $23.00 - Based on skills, experience, performance and ongoing training attendance.
Your Duties and Responsibilities- Answer phones and relay messages to the appropriate people in the company
- Open and close Lobby/Front Desk each day
- Assist with Payroll
- May be responsible for maintaining and filing HR documents
- May be required to assist with other departments needs
- Assist with company events
- Assist with implementing new policies and procedures
- Gather data as needed and implement into excel reports
- Track a gather employee, department, and manager participation with our learn and grow software and share performance information
- Assist with government badging for employees
- Manage conference room calendars
- Distribute mail to appropriate department including packages that may arrive at the front desk
- Other duties as assigned

- Excellent customer service skills in person and on the phone
- Must be punctual
- Must be able to handle sensitive information
