Summary

Provides administrative and organizational support for leadership team and GM Staff Member. Handles details of a confidential nature. Requires broad knowledge of corporate operation and policy, and a high level of experience, discretion and competencies. Regularly exercises independent decision‑making and proactive initiative.

What You’ll Do Executive Assistant
  • Provide confidential administrative support to the AGM, including preparation of materials for executive discussions and leadership meetings
  • Maintain and optimize the AGM’s calendar, coordinate travel, lodging, and logistics
  • Exercise independent judgment in addressing company matters and managing executive priorities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for high‑level internal and external stakeholders
Communication & Document Management
  • Draft, edit, compare, and route executive‑level correspondence and responses to inquiries
  • Prepare, proofread, and organize documents and presentations for meetings, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
  • Coordinate across departments to support cross‑functional initiatives and workflows
  • Maintain records, organize files, and ensure easy access to important documents and information
  • Manage projects, follow through on assignments, and ensure tasks are executed with precision and timeliness
Education

A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.

Experience

5–7 years of experience as a clerk, or administrative assistant in a fast‑paced, professional environment.

Additional Requirements And Qualifications
  • College level coursework (100 or higher) from an accredited institution is preferred; management will evaluate applicability on a case‑by‑case basis
  • Knowledge of business English, spelling and math
  • Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures and company policy
  • Knowledge of financial services policies, procedures and personnel
  • Ability to coordinate duties between departments and understand employer responsibilities and activities
  • Initiate, handle and follow‑through on projects; responsible for care of executive office equipment and files; occasional use of company car
  • Ability to give and understand written and oral instruction; perform duties effectively and harmoniously using tact and maintaining confidentiality
  • High degree of initiative and ability to plan and organize work for efficient operation
  • Ability to relate executive’s instruction and directions to other members of staff
  • Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) rating is desired
Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external contacts
  • Familiarity with SRP procedures and policy; knowledge of financial services policies and personnel processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling or calendar tools
  • Excellent ability to understand, communicate, and execute written and oral instructions
  • Demonstrated initiative, organization, planning, and ability to manage complex workflows
  • High level of tact, professionalism, and interpersonal skill when working with individuals at all levels
