Student Services Technician

Provides customer support by processing records requests and providing and maintaining admissions and registration procedural and program information for students and the educational community.

Essential Functions

45% - Provides information and assistance to students regarding admissions procedures and processes over the phone, in person at our counter, or via email while adhering to applicable District policies and procedures

45% - Performs clerical and administrative office assistance related to applications, enrollment, identity verification and validation, etc

10% - Retrieves information and enters or updates information in reports, logs or other documentation or record-keeping system. Other duties as assigned
