The company, located in Tempe, AZ, seeks a dedicated Department Coordinator who will effectively coordinate field employees to ensure our services meet or exceed customers’ satisfaction.
Primary Job Functions- Schedule technicians to customer job sites and collect, finalize and submit job details for processing.
- Continuously clear technicians’ schedules of completed job tickets and ensure open tickets are correctly scheduled for materials, billing, and voided tickets.
- Run, review and manage department reports to ensure departmental performance meets customer expectations and commitments.
- Assist with billing paperwork and meet customer billing document requirements.
- Create and maintain service tickets to ensure service dates are met.
- Work with estimating team to provide service quotes as required.
- Provide assistance to field techs with technical/mechanical troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory pulling.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills and focus on customer service.
- Good time‑management skills, organized, and able to multi‑task.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).
- Experience in the door industry (preferred).
- Experience in dispatch or high‑volume administration field is a plus but not required.
