Overview
General Office Administrative Assistant responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Support General Office, Field Supervisors and General Manager.
This is an in-office position.
Required Skills- 7+ years of relevant general office experience
- 2+ years HR and A/P A/R experience required
- Must be proficient in MS365, specifically Excel Spreadsheets
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills required
- Strong interest and enthusiasm with good working attitude
- Excellent follow up and documentation skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to ensure confidentiality of company related information
- Computer literate-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc)
- Strong written and verbal skills
$24/hr+ DOE
After Permanent Hire- Sick/Vacation pay after 90 days
- Paid Holidays after 60 days
- Health/Dental/Vision Plan after 90 days
- Bonus incentives
