Position

Purpose:

Create connections with prospective members, help them become members, and engage with them during the follow-up process to ensure their success.

Responsibilities:

• Actively pursue enrollment of new members through self‑generated and company‑sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals.
• Engage potential members and support them in fulfilling their fitness goals.
• Member engagement, building and equipment maintenance and safety.
• Membership sales (Club and Individual – including services, products, programs).
• Membership billing and customer service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution).
• Information hub – product knowledge, programs, events etc.

Qualifications:

• Takes ownership of results.
• Fight hard to win.
• Adapts well and quickly to various situations.
• Communicates well with members and teammates with a customer service mentality.
• Team player and willing to jump into any task.
• Strong mathematical, analytical and sales skills.
• Extremely organized and detail‑oriented.
• Able to work independently, multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable with technology and phone etiquette.
• Must be 20 hours a week, available Thursdays and at least one weekend day.
• Must pass a background check.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly position; potential annual earnings $36,000–$72,000.
