Retail Customer Service Associate

POSITION SUMMARY

The Store Consultant consistently delivers a positive customer experience, using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs and recommend Fed Ex Office products and services. The role involves taking orders, providing pricing and product information, operating a variety of equipment, managing retail supplies, and handling complex projects in a fast‑paced environment.

• Assist and train other team members.
• Provide consultative service for print, signs, graphics, and shipping product lines.
• Take complex customer orders, assemble parcels, and prepare goods for shipping.
• Operate printing, binding, and other related equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store.
• Process financial transactions via POS, handle cash, and complete required paperwork.
• Adhere to all Fed Ex Office standard operating procedures and policies.
• Perform multiple tasks concurrently with minimal supervision.
• Support quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of specialized retail experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand for entire shift, lift 55 pounds, and bend as required.
• Clear, routine communication with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Minimum attendance and adherence to business hours.

• Hourly pay: $18.55 - $21.81
