Hiring an Experienced F&I Manager to support our growing dealership. This is a role within a Fortune 125 company (NYSE: LAD) and part of the Lithia Driveway network focused on growth powered by people.

• 2+ years Dealership F&I Manager experience (required)
• Strong Customer Service Focus (required)
• Attention to detail and CIT (required)
• Self‑motivated with ability to set and achieve targeted goals (required)
• CDK experience (highly preferred)
• Enjoy making customers happy (required)

The California pay range is $11,000.00‑$15,000.00 monthly. This performance‑driven position is eligible for short‑term and/or long‑term incentives, including commissions based on product and reserve income, and bonuses tied to net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay may vary with skill, experience, and location.
