As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed. You train, motivate and celebrate associates and drive killer sales results while representing company values and bringing your genuine self to work.

• Drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Sales floor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best‑in‑class in‑store experience.
• Motivate and inspire the team through AEO’s core values, holding associates accountable to service standards on the Sales floor and in the Fitting Room.
• Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is always staffed to meet business needs and develop associates to represent a Guest‑First culture.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback through real‑time coaching, celebrate outstanding performance and set clear, attainable goals.
• Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures, ensuring the Fitting Rooms are guest‑ready and meet AEO Brand Standards.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection standards, adhere to AEO policies and procedures, and act with integrity.

• You've led teams in a retail management role previously.
• You can multi‑task, have strong attention to detail, priority‑setting and time‑management skills.
