The Shift Lead guides guests through their wellness journeys, creating vibrant in‑store experiences, driving results through confident selling, and fostering a community of warmth, care, and connection.
Essential Functions Guest Experience & Sales- Deliver an exceptional, friendly guest experience (warm welcome and gracious goodbyes).
- Engage guests with product sampling and story about our ingredients and benefits.
- Drive sales by recommending products and enrolling customers in loyalty programs.
- Model elevated service and teamwork to exceed sales goals.
- Follow Mystery Shop guidelines to reach 100% compliance.
- Support and guide fellow team members throughout the shift.
- Help onboard and train new team members by modeling Pressed standards.
- Model a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all.
- Prepare, serve, and package products including wellness bowls, Freeze, and juice orders.
- Fulfill in‑store and third‑party delivery orders.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including storage areas and restrooms.
- Cut fruit, clean equipment, and uphold food safety standards.
- Open and close the store as scheduled and complete daily checklists.
- Assist with inventory organization and restocking.
- Share guest feedback and operational insights with the General Manager.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Passion for health, wellness, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Experience in food service, hospitality, or retail (preferred).
- Strong communication skills with a guest‑first mindset.
- Team‑oriented with the ability to lead by example.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced food and beverage, retail environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout shift.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction.
