We're looking for pop culture enthusiasts to create a great experience for our customers.

As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll help lead our brand by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking products, and merchandising the store visually, focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages repeat visits, showcasing product knowledge and customer service skills
• Maintain visual standards in your assigned sales floor zones
• Operate the register, process sales, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ
• Work with management to prevent theft and misuse of spells (metaphorically)
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader

• Previous retail experience; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Minimum age of 16
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds

Pay range: $16 - $17 an hour. Final salary depends on education, location, experience, and other factors.
