On-Demand:
Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T0359) role s is an On-Demand TM position with flexible scheduling and no posted weekly shifts, where you can pick up shifts posted by leaders or other team members via the myTime app. Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $18.50 USD per hour.

You can work as much or as little as you like, with schedules varying based on shift availability and store needs. If offered a position, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and participate in a short-term training schedule. Afterward, the myTime mobile scheduling app is used to pick shifts.

Reliability and prompt attendance are necessary. You are expected to respond to contact attempts to confirm interest in shifts, and to work shifts at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours). If you do not respond or do not work a shift within 5 months, employment may be terminated.

Your ability to communicate and work when the business demands it is critical to success in this role.

Guest experience advocates who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction, loyalty enrollment, and store cleanliness. You should be knowledgeable about in-store and digital capabilities that drive adoption and guest loyalty, and empower guests to shop quickly and easily at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive up while ensuring quality.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area; stock supplies during open hours
• Operate within safety policies and report hazards
• Support cash office processes as needed and handle cash transactions according to policy

• Active engagement by picking up shifts; you must work at least one shift within 5 months or be administratively terminated
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and store environments
• Must be mobile for the duration of a shift
