Pay
$67,000 - $90,000 annually

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring adherence to our service and food quality standards. If you have experience managing restaurant teams and a passion for guest satisfaction, apply today!

Compensation
This is a bonus-eligible position, with total cash compensation ranging from $67,000 to $90,000 annually based on store performance, with a base salary of $66,560.

Responsibilities

  • Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  • Review applications, interview, and recommend or make hiring decisions for hourly staff.
  • Set work schedules, assign tasks, and direct staff before, during, and after restaurant hours.
  • Drive sales, ensure steps of service, and maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Provide and schedule training for Front of House and Back of House staff.
  • Supervise food production and preparation, ensuring compliance with recipes and procedures.
  • Conduct formal Taste & Temp tests.
  • Enforce security measures to ensure safety of staff and guests.
  • Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs through weekly inventory.
  • Practice safe food handling procedures.
  • Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and operational goals.
