• Complete PLACE Launch training
• Use PLACE lead generation systems weekly
• Consult buyers, secure agreements, and identify homes
• Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers
• Log tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Host open houses monthly
• Convert leads into appointments
• Weekly script practice and team activities
• Participate in weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
• Consult sellers, secure listings, and market homes

• Self-driven sales enthusiast with a competitive edge
• Skilled at connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding the right solutions
• Comfortable in prospecting and generating leads
• Converting leads given by the team
• Clear communicator who genuinely cares about providing great service
• Enjoys working collaboratively with a team
• Holds a valid real estate license
• Has at least 1 year of experience in real estate sales
• Good communication skills
• Open to learning and growing continuously
• Willing to practicing and using scripts and dialogues
