My name is Avery, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a QA/QC Inspector for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Temecula, CA. Details of the position are as follows:
Job Description:- Pay: $22-23/hr to Start!!
- Mon-Fri 5:00am-1:00pm (Onsite!)
- 6-month assignment, possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
- The position will mainly be responsible for auditing materials or the work of others through the examination, inspection, measurement, or test of raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies and documentation.
- The position will also document non-conformance or suspected non-conformance to standards (i.e. manufacturing documentation, material/component specifications, operating procedures, and domestic/international standards) through the identification of unsuccessful audits, the completion of required paperwork, system transactions, and affixing his or her mark (i.e. stamp, sign off or signature).
- The position will handle discrepant materials per the documented disposition and document activities in the appropriate systems or paperwork.
- The position will communicate the status of audit metrics and other assignments, responsibilities, and duties verbally through the completion and publishing of periodic reports.
- The position will perform simple statistical analysis through the collection and input of data into software applications or manual calculations.
- The position trains new, entry level, and less experienced Quality Auditors through on-the-job training, group training, and one‑on‑one guidance.
- The position will also handle, dispose, transfer and document appropriately hazardous waste and plan and organize non‑routine tasks.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required!
- 1+ years of experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment Required!
- Inspection experience Preferred!
