Registered Nurse – ACU Cardiac Cath Lab
Reporting to the Director of Cardiac Services or designated supervisors and charge nurses, the RN will perform initial assessments appropriate to each patient’s scheduled procedure, clinical presentation, and care setting, and will initiate discharge planning upon admission. The RN will identify the need for further assessment based on the patient’s clinical presentation, diagnosis, and tolerance of diagnostic testing or scheduled procedure.

• Two (2) years’ experience in an operating room, telemetry unit, or critical care unit in an acute‑care facility.
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
• Current California RN license (maintain current); BSN preferred.
• BLS certification (maintain current AHA).
• ACLS certification (maintain current AHA).
