We are looking for a Fabricatorto join our team in Temecula, CA.

• Welding aluminum, stainless and mild steel with tig and mig welding machines

• Read blueprints

• Fabricating material

• Operate cutting anddrilling machines(plasma arccutting, band saws, drill press, hand and cutting tools, drills)

• Performsome mechanical & assembly work

• 5+ years of relevant experience in metal fabrication processes, including cutting, shaping, bending, and assembling metal parts using tools such as saws, grinders, shears, and presses(experience with commercial trucks is a plus)

• Proficiency in various welding techniques such as MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), and Stick welding.

• Ability to read blueprints

• Experience in metal fabrication processes, including cutting, shaping, bending, and assembling metal parts using tools such as saws, grinders, shears, and presses.

• Adherence to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment, including knowledge of proper handling of welding equipment, personal protective gear, and hazard identification.

• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality welds and fabricated components that meet industry standards and specifications.

• Understanding of different types of metals and alloys commonly used in truck fabrication, including steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and composite materials.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to welding, fabrication, and assembly processes, including identifying defects, adjusting equipment settings, and making adjustments to achieve desired results.

• Employment Type: Full‑time (40 hours per week)

• Location: Temecula, California (on‑site)

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional overtime as needed

• Compensation: $35 per hour

• Three (3) weeks of paid time off (PTO)

• Additional paid company closure during the holiday season (minimum one week)
