We are looking for a Fabricatorto join our team in Temecula, CA.
🎯Your main missions will be the following:Welding aluminum, stainless and mild steel with tig and mig welding machines
Read blueprints
Fabricating material
Operate cutting anddrilling machines(plasma arccutting, band saws, drill press, hand and cutting tools, drills)
Performsome mechanical & assembly work
5+ years of relevant experience in metal fabrication processes, including cutting, shaping, bending, and assembling metal parts using tools such as saws, grinders, shears, and presses(experience with commercial trucks is a plus)
Proficiency in various welding techniques such as MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), and Stick welding.
Ability to read blueprints
Experience in metal fabrication processes, including cutting, shaping, bending, and assembling metal parts using tools such as saws, grinders, shears, and presses.
Adherence to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment, including knowledge of proper handling of welding equipment, personal protective gear, and hazard identification.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality welds and fabricated components that meet industry standards and specifications.
Understanding of different types of metals and alloys commonly used in truck fabrication, including steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and composite materials.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to welding, fabrication, and assembly processes, including identifying defects, adjusting equipment settings, and making adjustments to achieve desired results.

Employment Type: Full‑time (40 hours per week)
Location: Temecula, California (on‑site)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional overtime as needed
Compensation: $35 per hour
Three (3) weeks of paid time off (PTO)
Additional paid company closure during the holiday season (minimum one week)
