Job Responsibilities:
* Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies
* Pull, stage, and deliver materials to production lines as needed
* Load/unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manually
* Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records in inventory systems (e.g., ERP or WMS)
* Package and prepare products for shipment according to company standards
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
* Follow all safety protocols and comply with OSHA standards
* Assist in other general warehouse and manufacturing support tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience a plus
* Ability to lift up to [50 lbs] and stand/walk for extended periods
* Forklift certification or experience preferred (will train if needed)
* Basic computer/data entry skills (experience with inventory systems a plus)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
