• Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including court hearings, arbitration proceedings, and mediations, to protect their interests.
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies that align with clients  objectives and legal requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to prepare for case trials.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure the timely progression of cases.
• Maintain open and regular communication with clients to keep them informed about case developments and provide legal advice.
• Stay updated with the latest legal trends, rulings, and regulations related to commercial litigation to provide accurate legal advice and ensure compliance.
• Participate in business development activities to expand the firm s client base and enhance its reputation in the legal community.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Active membership in the state bar.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
