Compensation: $125,000 - $250,000 yearly plus bonuses Responsibilities:
* Ability to litigate cases with ease, comfortable negotiating cases, and interacting with opposing counsel
* Able to produce high-quality written work and be comfortable with discovery
* Familiar with court rules and procedures
* Detail-oriented, focused, team player with a pleasant personality and the ability to work independently

Qualifications:

* Minimum 3 + years of Employment Law experience as a licensed attorney in California on the plaintiff side, and must have litigation experience.
