Job SummaryThe role of an IT Field Operations Specialist involves ensuring IT operations success across various outpatient centers in the Temecula, CA region. This contract position requires providing user support for a range of systems and equipment, including generic office software and hardware. The specialist will engage in troubleshooting, implementation, and proactive system improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with leadership to assess and meet business hardware and software needs.
- Monitor and resolve issues, service tickets, and projects in the assigned area.
- Visit sites to identify and resolve IT issues, ensuring user satisfaction.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of equipment and software.
- Maintain knowledge of systems and ensure security and inventory management.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field or 5 years of IT Support experience.
- Strong operational and analytical skills with excellent communication abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of network operations and personal computer software.
- Proficiency in problem determination and resolution.
- Flexibility to travel and a valid driver's license with insurance.
