A fantastic, full-time opportunity for a Recruiter Specialist has become available in Temecula with our boutique nationwide, permanent placement staffing agency. We are looking for an energetic
, proactive
, and commission-oriented individual to join our team of recruiters where you will successfully identify, screen, and submit candidates for a variety of industries across the United States.

This position is an in-office role and offers a compensation structure that includes a guaranteed fixed draw base salary + commission
, with quarterly and annual bonuses
, plus health insurance benefits, Simple IRA with matching, PTO, paid holidays and other perks.

General Responsibilities:
  • Utilize various channels of candidate sourcing through internet job boards
    , referrals
    , and direct recruitment methods including job postings
  • Conduct, research, and review resumes via Internet searches used to source potential candidates
    , perform database searches
    , input findings
    , and track results
  • Pre‑screen potential candidates via email or telephone for various high‑level positions thoroughly discussing qualifications, past work history and salary
  • Participate in calls with client companies to define the portfolio of an ideal candidate
  • Schedule and organize interviews with potential candidates and clients
  • Perform general business administration tasks including data entry, note taking, researching, reviewing resumes, speaking with candidates, coordinating interviews and phone calls, drafting email correspondence, and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent Written & Verbal Communication skills with the ability to confidently communicate with potential candidates and clients on the phone is a MUST
  • Demonstrated organization
    , conscientiousness and detail-oriented experience is a MUST
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in an office-based Research or Sales role is a MUST
  • Previous "head‑hunting" full cycle direct hire recruitment experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • High ability to prioritize work with limited guidance;
    review resumes/data efficiently
    ; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment is a MUST
  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, basic Excel, Outlook Professional; will train on MS Access
