Overview
Join Windsor Hospitality as a Houseperson – AM Shift at Embassy Suites by Hilton in Temecula, CA. This full‑time position follows a rotating schedule Monday‑Sunday, requiring flexibility for any shift, including holidays and weekends.
Base Pay$18.00/hr – $18.50/hr
Responsibilities- Assist with flipping mattresses and moving furniture as assigned by Supervisor.
- Maintain high standards of quality for room attendants, hanging draperies and dusting furniture and equipment.
- Polish metalwork and furniture, clean bathrooms, replenish supplies, refurnish rooms with towels and other supplies.
- Supply own cleaning cart with appropriate supplies for shift.
- May deliver television sets, ironing boards, baby cribs and roll‑away beds to guest rooms, clean swimming pool and remove debris from driveways.
- Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairs, locker rooms and other work areas using brushes and mops, powered scrubbing and waxing machines.
- Wash walls, windows, door panels, sills, ceilings, and woodwork. Empty wastebaskets, clean ashtrays, transport trash and waste to disposal area, replace light bulbs.
- Always wear uniform and name identification badge and support core values, mission statement, service fundamentals and guest service philosophy.
- All other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.
- Professional appearance and manner, willing to pitch‑in and help co‑workers.
- Physical ability to lift up to 100 lb, stand for extended periods, perform repetitive motions.
- Comprehend and follow instructions from supervisor.
- Flexible availability for any shift/day, including holidays and weekends.
- Comfortable using radio to communicate with front desk and supervisors.
- Exertion up to 50–100 lb of force occasionally.
