Caregiver : CA-Menifee

Job Summary

We are seeking a Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene needs, light housekeeping and errands, dispensing medication, and other tasks that improve the client’s living environment and standards. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and friendly environment.
• Administer medication reminders and ensure residents follow prescribed treatment plans.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in residents  physical or emotional condition to the nursing staff.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of residents  living spaces.
• Help with all housekeeping and laundry duties on a daily basis.
• Follow all safety protocols and assist with emergency situations when necessary.

• High school diploma or equivalent; CNA or caregiving certification preferred (but not required).
• Prior experience in a caregiving or healthcare setting is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• First aid and CPR certified.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
