Registered Associate Therapist (AMFT/APCC/ACSW)

• Must have two years of clinical experience.
• Must be available to see clients on evenings or weekends.
• 4 days onsite and up to 29 client hours to start; options to add a 5th day after a 90‑day review.
• Must be registered in CA and already have an associate number.
• Seeking applicants who want a new home and to grow with us for many years.

• Full‑time up to 29 client hours and 4 days to start.
• Caseload will titrate up and can take up to 90 days to fill.
• Hourly role with both billable hours and admin time rates.

• Clinical work: 2 years (required).
• Willingness to grow as a clinician.
• Open to a wide variety of clients and ages.
• Ability to receive feedback from the clinical leader and be open for growth.
• Knowledge of suicide presentation and best practices in emergent clinical situations.
• Knowledge of abuse reporting standards.
• Willingness to work with couples.
• Team player (required).
