• Perform routine and emergency Echocardiography and specialized Echocardiography, including Trans‑esophageal Echocardiograms and Stress Echocardiograms.
• Assist with non‑invasive Cardiology testing, including EKGs and other diagnostic procedures as needed, and explain the purpose of each procedure to the patient and to the family.
• Demonstrate knowledge of proper patient positioning to optimally visualize cardiac structures, and maintain the patient procedure log.
• Report statistics and observations to the Manager/Director; inform physician(s) of significant abnormalities when necessary.
• Act as liaison to the Cardiologist to ensure timely interpretation of all tests.

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree that aligns with RDCS or RCS certification requirements.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Current RDCS by ARDMS or RCS by CCI certification required.
