Full Time | Licensed Cosmetologist | Smith Hair Salon Temecula

Smith Hair Salon is looking for a licensed cosmetologist to join our Temecula location as a full time Salon Assistant. This role is perfect for someone who loves the salon environment, wants to grow quickly, and enjoys supporting both guests and leadership behind the scenes.

As a Salon Assistant, you will work closely with our managers and stylists to keep daily operations running smoothly while sharpening your skills, learning our systems, and preparing for long term growth within Smith Hair Salon.

This is not just a support role. It is a stepping stone into higher level opportunities for the right person.

• Support location managers with daily salon operations
• Assist stylists during services to improve flow and guest experience
• Help with guest preparation, shampooing, blowdries, and service support
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon throughout the day
• Support retail flow, guest checkouts, and rebookings when needed
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and back of house organization
• Be a positive, professional presence for both guests and team members

• Active California cosmetology license required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Positive, coachable attitude
• Professional appearance and communication
• Ability to stay organized and helpful in a fast paced environment
