Senior Financial Analyst (Manufacturing) – High-Growth Start Up - South Riverside County

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will help bridge the gap between manufacturing operations and executive leadership in order to improve efficiency and streamline forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in financial analysis; manufacturing required.
• Strong understanding of P&L, standard costing, and operational finance.
• Advanced systems experience; large ERP experience is a plus.
• Strong executive presence and presentation skills.

• Lead corporate FP&A, including forecasting, headcount planning, and budgeting.
• Prepare reporting packages and materials for executive and board meetings.
• Provide detailed financial modeling, insights, and recommendations to drive growth and cost discipline.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on demand assessments, ROI analysis, product strategy, and profitability reviews.
• Develop standard costing, analyze variances, support inventory forecasting, and evaluate capital investments.
• Assist with reporting, cost allocations, process automation, and audit/close-related activities.

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
• The expected range for this role is $100,000–$140,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
