We are seeking a Quality Engineer to work at our Temecula, CA location in our Vascular division.

Provide Process/Quality Engineeringsupporttomanufacturing, helping to ensure delivery of highest quality product to the customer. Provide Process/Quality Engineering support to product development teams, helping to ensure development of highest quality new products.

Core Job Responsibilities Responsibleforcompliancewithapplicable Corporate and Divisional Policiesandprocedures .

1.Learnstoidentify Manufacturingprocessdefects(scrap,nonconformingmaterial,customercomplaints) by dispositioningnon-conformingmaterial, assistinginidentificationofprimaryrootcausesandunderstanding correctiveandpreventativeactions.

Mayberesponsibleforworkingwithprocessownertoboundproductstopsanddocumentreleasecriteria.;

2.Gainsunderstandingofproductqualityplans,documentsandsystems by reviewingproductspecifications,qualityspecifications,andworkingwithqualitysystems. Maybe responsibleforlearningriskanalysesand

FMEAs.;

3.Learns Process Monitoring Systemsby  becoming familiarwithsystemsapplicationsandcriticalprocesssteps;andthroughfamiliarizationwithmethodsusedto reduceprocessvariation.;

4.Becomesfamiliarwith Product/Processimprovementeffortsbyunderstanding currentqualitymetricdataandlearningthevariousanalysismethodsusedtoenhancesustainingproductdesignandnewproductdevelopment;

5.Learns Quality Tools &Training Materialsby gainingknowledgeof prevalenttoolsusedandbyreviewing&utilizingavailabletrainingmaterials.
