Join the Learning Care Group as a Lead Teacher at our Pathways Learning Academy located at Avenida de Missiones. We are seeking dedicated, energetic professionals who are passionate about early childhood education.

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and support center success.

• At least 18 years old and possess experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meet state educational requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Dependable, energetic, and passionate about inspiring lifelong learners.

• Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi‑weekly and Daily Pay options.
• Lead Teacher: $19.56 – $20.32 per hour.
