Southwest Healthcare, a 5 hospital system in southern California, features two acute care facilities in the neighboring communities of Murrieta and Wildomar, CA in southwest Riverside County. Inland Valley Hospital, an acute care hospital in Wildomar, is a Level II and the only Trauma Center in SW Riverside County, and an Advanced Primary Stroke Center. Rancho Springs Hospital in Murrieta is a 120-bed acute care facility with an Emergency Department serving 50,000 patients a year, offering OB Emergency Services as well as the region's only Pediatric Emergency Services team staffed by board certified emergency physicians from Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego. The Family Birth Center is the largest in the region and features spacious, private family-friendly suites, and a Level III NICU staffed by neonatologists from Rady Children's.
