Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Temecula, California.

$19.00/hr - $21.00/hr

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all interactions.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service quality.

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
