Senior Estimator

Location: Temecula, CA (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a Senior Estimator with extensive experience in commercial new construction and large-scale site development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and commercial construction and be fully capable of managing estimates independently from concept to final bid submission.

This individual must be comfortable working on a wide range of projects including retail, hospitality, mixed‑use, and large site developments, and be able to handle complex estimates without oversight.

• National retail brands & retail shell construction
• Restaurants, fuel stations, car washes, tire shops
• Shopping centers & tilt-up buildings
• Medical office & movie theaters
• Hotels & multi‑family developments
• Heavy horizontal/site development (on‑site and off‑site improvements)
• Major remodels & tenant improvements

• Prepare detailed conceptual and hard‑bid estimates for commercial projects
• Perform quantity take‑offs and pricing analysis
• Develop and review scopes of work for subcontractors
• Prepare proposal statements, qualification packages, and schedule of values
• Coordinate with project management and field teams
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and site conditions
• Lead bid leveling and subcontractor negotiations
• Ensure estimates align with company standards and profitability goals

• 7+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
• Strong experience in retail and ground‑up new construction
• Proven background in large site development and horizontal construction
• Experience with multi‑family, hotel, or similar large‑scale projects preferred
• Field and project management experience strongly preferred
• Ability to manage projects independently without supervision
• Strong attention to detail and deadline‑driven mindset
